The Marketing Assistant’s role is to report directly to the head of the department and consistently maintain the company’s brand aesthetic. The creative talents of the individual in this role will be applied to marketing materials, trade show materials, and web graphics. The bilingual Marketing Assistant’s role may also include working with our vendors on creating print marketing campaigns, promotional items, team clothing, etc. Requirements: -Must be fluent in English/Spanish -Well developed networking skills -Proficient in Microsoft Suite -Knowledge in Photoshop/Illustrator -Well versed in managing social media platforms consistently -Experience in managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, trade shows, and display advertising campaigns The regular hourly compensation rate will be based on your actual work effectiveness and workflow efficiency after the initial 60-day training period.
