We are looking for a qualified Sales Coordinator to join our team that are fluent in both the Spanish and English language. You should be a 'people person' with great customer service skills and the ability to moderate online and offline conversations with our community. Ultimately, you should be able to act as the face and voice of our brand and manage all community communications. •Develop, implement and manage marketing strategies to meet or exceed sales goals, generate interest, establish positive relationships with the community and to maintain and increase occupancy. •Prepare advertising materials in order to gain visibility in the marketplace.
