The San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District is recruiting for a bilingual Senior Air Quality Education Representative specializing in public affairs, media relations, communications, graphic design and public relations. All candidates MUST be fluent in oral AND written communication skills in both the English and Spanish language and will be tested on this fluency as part of the selection process. OTHER REQUIREMENTS: District employees must possess a valid California Driver License and meet the automobile insurability requirement of the District. Those candidates determined to be the most qualified for the position will be invited to participate in an oral examination and practical exam which consists of a written exercise.
