Bilingual Social Media & Advertising Specialist

We're looking for a creative, bilingual Social Media & Advertising Specialist to thrive in a fast-paced environment, developing and managing paid advertising campaigns and organic social content across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok. If you live and breathe social media, know how to make scroll-stopping ad creative, and can communicate fluently in both English and Spanish, we want to hear from you. Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal) — required Proven experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, or related fields with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns Experience managing Facebook Advertising campaigns with a solid understanding of ad targeting, budgeting, and performance analysis Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager Strong eye for design and ability to produce engaging ad creative Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail in proofreading and content creation Understanding of social media metrics, KPIs, and performance optimization Passion for staying current on digital marketing trends, emerging social media platforms, and innovative advertising strategies Nice to Have Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
