This entry-level position focuses on the installation and upkeep of billboards, ensuring advertisements are displayed effectively and that the structures are maintained to high standards. You’ll often work independently and will need to manage your work schedule efficiently.

As a Billboard Installer, you will collaborate with your Operations team to ensure safety while installing and maintaining billboards. You will work with large advertisements and handle tasks such as painting structures, repairing components, and changing light bulbs. Comfort with heights is a must, as our tallest billboards reach around 200 feet!
Responsibilities:
Remove and hang advertisements, prepare materials for installation, and conduct minor maintenancePerform construction tasks such as building extensions, repairing storm damages, and maintaining a clean work environmentAdhere to safety regulations while using tools and equipmentDocument installations with completion photos as proof of performanceWhat We Seek in You:
Ability to work independently and manage your scheduleWillingness to work at heights up to 100 feetStrong communication skills; English fluency is requiredBasic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Word and ExcelGeneral knowledge of safety regulationsAbility to lift and carry equipment, work from ladders, and safely operate construction toolsEducation and Experience Requirements:
A high school diploma or equivalentA valid driver's license is essentialCompletion of the OSHA 10-hour Construction course is requiredPrevious high-altitude work experience is preferredExperience in construction or billboard installation is a plusPlease note: After submitting your application, you will be asked to complete a personality assessment. Physical Demands and Work Environment:
