Our Lamar team is looking for an Operations crew member to join us in bringing dynamic outdoor advertising campaigns to life. The primary goal of this position is to install and maintain billboards, including the setup of advertisements, the maintenance of structures, and ensuring the aesthetics of the billboards are pristine. As part of our billboard construction and operations team, you'll get to see your city from a bird's-eye view while creating the structures that keep communities informed. Your Qualifications: • Strong communication skills and fluency in English • Ability to collaborate and work well with others • Basic computer skills, including Internet navigation and proficiency with Microsoft Word & Excel • Commitment to adhering to safety standards • Ability to work with ladders and transport tools to job sites • Basic electrical and fabrication skills • Understanding of technical documents like blueprints • General knowledge of relevant safety regulations (Lamar, DOT, OSHA) • Ability to safely use construction equipment • Comfortable working at heights • Ability to document installations through photos and logs • Mathematical skills related to construction tasks • Prioritize tasks effectively
