Billboard Installer and Maintenance Technician

Join Lamar Advertising Company as a Billboard Construction Crew Member and help build and maintain the outdoor structures behind high-visibility advertising campaigns. In this field-based construction role, you'll install, remove, and repair billboard faces and structures, operate bucket trucks and aerial equipment, and perform routine inspections and maintenance in a variety of weather conditions. Working on a small, safety-focused crew, you'll follow strict safety and fall protection practices while reading work orders and using hand and power tools to complete projects on time and to quality standards. Responsibilities

Install, remove, and maintain billboard faces, vinyl, and digital display componentsPerform structural inspections, minor repairs, and routine maintenance on billboard structuresSafely operate bucket trucks, lifts, ladders, and hand/power tools in all weather conditionsFollow all safety procedures, including fall protection and traffic/site safety protocolsLoad, transport, and organize materials, hardware, and tools for daily work ordersDocument completed work, report damage or safety concerns, and maintain accurate recordsCollaborate with crew members and supervisors to meet deadlines and quality standardsSupport emergency repair calls and off-hours work as needed to keep inventory operationalRequired Skills
