Billboard Installer - Construction

This role is filled with activity, and we will provide you with all the training and equipment necessary to kickstart your career in the outdoor advertising industry.

The primary purpose of this position is to install and maintain billboards, which includes setting up advertisements, looking after billboard structures, and ensuring the aesthetics of the billboards are maintained. This position typically operates as part of a dynamic installation crew.

Strong communication skills, including fluent English proficiency A collaborative spirit and the ability to work well with others Basic computer skills, including Internet navigation and knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel Willingness to adhere to safety standards Capability to work from ladders and transport tools to and from job sites A foundational knowledge of electrical and fabrication skills Ability to read technical documents like blueprints and diagrams General understanding of safety regulations from Lamar, DOT, and OSHA Proficient use of construction equipment for building and maintaining structures Comfortable working at heights of up to 200 ft. safely Capability to document installations through photos and logs Strong mathematical skills relevant to construction tasks Ability to prioritize tasks effectively Education and Experience Requirements:

A high school diploma or equivalent is essential A valid driver's license is required Completion of the OSHA 10-hour Construction course is mandatory Preferred certifications may include: CDL/Non-CDL, Crane, Signal, Rigging, or LDD Previous experience working at heights up to 200 ft. is preferred A combination of education and experience will also be considered Please note: Once you apply, you will need to complete an 8-15 minute personality assessment. A Day in the Life:

Install and maintain all billboards Remove and hang flexes and vinyls; prepare materials for installations Ensure structure repairs, such as tightening bolts, painting, and minor electrical work Build and install extensions; conduct storm damage repairs, and maintain work areas Utilize power and manual tools while adhering to safety protocols Attend safety meetings and maintain tools and equipment Document completion with photos for performance verification Physical Demands and Work Environment:

This role is primarily outdoors, requiring adaptability to various weather conditions and the ability to work at heights up to 200 ft. Physical tasks may include heavy lifting (up to 100 pounds), bending, pushing, and climbing. On-call shifts may be necessary, although nights away from home are minimal. Who We Are:
