The primary purpose of this position is to install and maintain billboards, which includes setting up advertisements, looking after billboard structures, and ensuring the aesthetics of the billboards are maintained. Strong communication skills, including fluent English proficiency A collaborative spirit and the ability to work well with others Basic computer skills, including Internet navigation and knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel Willingness to adhere to safety standards Capability to work from ladders and transport tools to and from job sites A foundational knowledge of electrical and fabrication skills Ability to read technical documents like blueprints and diagrams General understanding of safety regulations from Lamar, DOT, and OSHA Proficient use of construction equipment for building and maintaining structures Comfortable working at heights of up to 200 ft. safely Capability to document installations through photos and logs Strong mathematical skills relevant to construction tasks Ability to prioritize tasks effectively Education and Experience Requirements: A Day in the Life:
