Responsibilities include managing large advertisements printed on vinyl and effectively assembling them onto the installed structures. You'll be comfortable working at heights of up to 200 feet!
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Removing and hanging advertisements on billboards, preparing materials for installation, and conducting maintenance workBuilding extensions for billboards, landscaping around installations, and ensuring a clean workplaceUtilizing power/manual tools and complying with safety standardsAttending safety meetings to enhance operational safetyMaintaining company vehicles and construction toolsDocumenting installations with photos and maintenance logsWhat We Seek in You:
Ability to work independently and effectively manage your scheduleWillingness to handle heights and perform physically demanding tasksStrong communication skills and fluency in EnglishBasic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and ExcelExperience in working with electrical tools and fabrication techniquesSkill in reading technical documents like blueprintsGeneral knowledge of construction safety regulations (DOT and OSHA)Practical math skills relevant to operations tasksEducation and Experience Requirements:
A high school diploma or equivalentA valid driver's licenseCompletion of OSHA 10-hour construction course requiredCDL and Non-CDL licenses are beneficial, but not mandatoryPrevious experience in a similar role, especially at heights, is preferredNote: After applying, you'll need to complete a brief personality assessment.
