Excellent communication skills with the ability to speak and read English fluentlyA collaborative team player who enjoys working with othersBasic computer skills, including Internet navigation and proficiency in Microsoft Word & ExcelCommitment to maintain Lamar's safety standardsAbility to work from ladders and transport tools to job sitesFamiliarity with electrical skills and fabrication techniquesAbility to interpret technical documents like blueprints and diagramsGeneral knowledge of safety regulations, including DOT and OSHAComfortable using construction equipment safelyAbility to work and document tasks at heightsBasic mathematical skills relevant to construction and operational tasksStrong organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectivelyQualifications:

Typical Day-to-Day Tasks:
Install and maintain various billboard types, including flexes and vinylsPerform structural repairs and maintenance, such as painting and changing light bulbsHandle landscaping tasks like cutting brush and managing storm damageUse power and manual tools while adhering to safety regulationsAttend safety meetings and maintain tools and equipmentDocument installations with photos and logsPhysical Requirements and Work Environment:
