Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair static and digital billboards and related structures for Lamar advertising campaignsPerform routine inspections to ensure billboard safety, structural integrity, and proper illuminationDiagnose and troubleshoot electrical, lighting, and digital display issues; replace lamps, wiring, and components as neededOperate company vehicles, lifts, and hand/power tools while following strict safety and fall-protection proceduresPrepare, hang, and remove vinyl and printed advertising materials according to layout specificationsDocument work completed with photos, reports, and maintenance logs; communicate status to operations and sales teamsCoordinate with local supervisors and teammates to plan daily routes, prioritize service calls, and meet installation deadlinesMaintain clean, organized work areas, tools, and equipment, and report hazards or needed repairs promptlyFollow DOT, OSHA, and company safety standards, including lockout/tagout and traffic control where requiredSupport emergency repairs and after-hours service on a rotating schedule to minimize downtime for advertisersRequired Skills
