The Billboard Real Estate Coordinator will collaborate with local management to oversee our billboard real estate portfolio, encompassing all activities necessary to effectively secure, maintain, and expand our operations. Additional Preferences: • Valid driver's license is required for occasional travel, including trips to Cecil, Harford, and Carroll counties in Maryland • Real estate or notary license is preferred • 1-3 years of experience in land acquisition, zoning, or land use planning is preferred Please Note: Upon application submission, you will be required to complete a short personality assessment to evaluate your soft skills relevant to this role.
