Bistro Cacao is Looking for a Restaurant Manager

Bistro Cacao has been serving modern French Cuisine in their Capitol Hill location since 2009. We are looking for a result oriented, customer driven General Restaurant Manager to join our dynamic team. -Meets restaurant financial objectives by developing financing; preparing annual forecasts and budgets; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions; establishing and monitoring financial controls; developing and implementing strategies to increase annual revenue. -Increases customer base by developing and implementing marketing, advertising, public and community relations programs; evaluating program results; identifying and tracking changing demands. -Controls purchases and inventory for the entire kitchen items (except kitchen) by meeting with vendors; negotiating prices and contracts; developing preferred supplier lists; reviewing and evaluating usage reports; taking corrective actions.
