Food & Beverage Shift Manager FULL-TIME 20-25/HR FIFE APPLY The Food and Beverage Manager is responsible for the total operation of Mr Cafe’s food and beverage activities and venues, ensuring quality products and delivery of high-level service according to established policies, procedures and health codes. Oversees the preparation and compliance of budgets for Food and Beverage outlets, including Mr. Ray's Cafe' and bars. Develops and executes departmental plans and goals for all areas under direct control. Monitors all departmental disciplinary action. Ensures quality service and product at all food and beverage areas and outlets.
