You will report directly to the Ad Ops Supervisor and collaborate closely with our media and account teams.This is an in-office position based in our Woodland Hills office.Main Duties and ResponsibilitiesTraffic and quality check client creative assets across digital and traditional media.Support the Ad Ops team in campaign setup, execution, and issue resolution.Manage and organize ad trafficking instructions (e.g., DCM), tags, pixels, and tracking setups.Assist with the preparation of campaign reports and analytics decks.Monitor and ensure accuracy across campaign deliverables, including order management, asset implementation, and targeting.Track media opportunities and coordinate with partners on deliverables.Support approval workflows for invoices and digital media documentation.Identify and help resolve process inefficiencies in trafficking and execution.Collaborate with account and media teams to ensure accurate and efficient campaign setup.Help document, refine, and train on ad ops processes.Knowledge and Skills Required12 years of experience in advertising, marketing, or media operations.Knowledge of media planning or analytics a plus.Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple assignments.Effective communicator, team player, and problem-solver.Familiarity with order management systems and trafficking platforms preferred.Experience with Advantage Media Software a plus.Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Bachelors degree required; marketing, advertising, or media emphasis preferred.Compensation Range$40,000 $50,000 / year (Depending on Experience)This is the pay range Bloom Ads reasonably expects it will pay for this position at the time of this posting.
