Employee Purchase programs Paid training and advancement opportunities RESPONSIBILITIES Meet with customers and accurately document concerns Perform full inspections on vehicles for damage Submit estimate to insurance companies for approval prior to starting any work Communicate with technicians and insurance companies to gain sublet approvals Participate in and complete training as assigned by the manufacturer and management Keep customers updated on the status of their vehicle Ensure a quality delivery and verify all charges ** Call or Text Joe Martell for immediate information!
