My father was the first person in history to have discount real estate commission. More than anything, it allows the average person to learn about the inside secrets the agents don't want you to know. I have been a real estate agent/broker for over 25 years. It could lead to other things if you are motivated to learn about real estate and business opportunities. A partnership is a better way of putting it.
