As a member of a small team, you will be an essential part of every aspect of the business. Responsibilities • Grow BookRags’ and GradeSaver’s traffic and revenue by developing and implementing a cohesive marketing strategy • Plan and execute marketing email, social media, and display advertising campaigns • Track, analyze, and report on the outcomes of all marketing campaigns and adjust strategies on future campaigns accordingly • Lead other team members in creatively brainstorming and implementing new ways of leveraging our content • Provide up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in online marketing; provide expertise in emerging social media platforms • Develop strategic partnerships; collaborate with other agencies and vendor partners as needed • Manage all video production and ebook sales Required Experience and Skills • BA in Humanities or Social Sciences or BS in Marketing or Related Field • Three to five years’ work experience in digital marketing • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that both engage a customer base and attract new users • Deep knowledge of website analytics tools, especially Google Analytics • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns • Experience leveraging and monetizing YouTube channels • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking • Exceptional writing skills • Generous, collaborative, and inspiring as a team member • Proficiency in WordPress and Photoshop • Working knowledge of HTML Desired Experience • Background in digital humanities • Ad agency experience • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Location: Seattle, WA Work-Life Balance and Benefits: GradeSaver / BookRags offers a 401K, health insurance, and family- friendly hours.
