The Boutique Sales Representative and Marketing Specialist is responsible for proactive sales and lead conversion through calls, emails, and other communications, collaborating with the Sales Manager to develop monthly sales plans, offering strategic problem-solving to clients, and maintaining strong internal team relationships. The role includes expanding product knowledge, providing exceptional customer experiences, planning and running boutique pop-ups, and managing visual merchandising and marketing efforts including maintaining design standards, product signage, furniture tagging, and social media contributions. Requirements include retail or showroom experience or a design-related degree, multitasking ability, strong time management, physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, enthusiasm for luxury interior design, organizational skills, proficiency in MS Windows, Office, and POS systems, strong communication skills, and a positive attitude.
