Brand & Advertising Project Manager

The Project Manager will oversee and streamline the operations of the Ravens Brand & Advertising team, with a focus on graphic design tasks, ensuring that all projects are completed, deadlines are met, and our brand identity is maintained. They will also be responsible for trafficking assets and coordinating production with external vendors. Communication & Reporting • Facilitate effective communication between team leaders, graphic designers, key stakeholders, and other groups to ensure alignment on project goals and expectations • Serve as a point of contact for requesters to provide updates and address inquiries related to project status • Present status reports and prepare recap presentations of key initiatives Graphic Design • As needed, revise designs and make edits to existing creative materials • Handle design tasks that fit skill set • Create visual status reports and recap presentations Required Education and/or Experience: • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, project management, or a related field • 7+ years of related experience within a creative environment, preferably in the advertising, sports or entertainment industry • At least 2 years of experience in a project management role • Must be proficient in project management software and tools including Asana, as well as applications used for presentations such as PowerPoint or Keynote • Strong understanding of graphic design principles and workflows • Experience coordinating production with printers and other external vendors while managing production processes • Must possess strong organizational and multitasking skills • Must be able to work well within a team and understand elements of our brand and style guide • Must be a self-starter, detail oriented, able to take initiative, and be able to communicate effectively with various stakeholders and team members • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop • Writing and/or copy-editing experience a plus
