Brand Ambassador

Responsibilities As the face of our company that provides a first impression to homeowners, the Brand Ambassador role is highly critical to the success of the business. He/she will be responsible for engaging potential sellers through human billboard advertising, holding an appropriately sized sign in high traffic areas while attracting attention to himself/herself by smiling, waving, and dancing as appropriate. All methods of engagement must be done with the strictest level of safety concern for both himself/herself as well as those driving past. Basic Qualifications •Must have reliable transportation capable of holding a sign as big as 30” x 36” •Must have a flexible schedule allowing for availability during the late afternoon / early evening on weekdays and mid-day on weekends •Must have prior experience in face to face customer interactions within a work setting •Must have proper attire for being outdoors in cold weather as low as 30 degrees Preferred Qualifications •Previous experience in theater, dance, professional speaking, or other stage activities •Currently pursuing/completed a bachelor’s degree in marketing or the arts Compensation The Brand Ambassador position will be paid $12 - $14/hr (based on experience) with an estimated schedule of 16 hours per week for a contract period of 2 months. There will be an opportunity for additional work pending the success of the marketing test that will also come with generous bonus opportunities.
