Essential Job Functions: • Represent the company professionally inside partner retail locations and designated in-store marketing areas • Engage homeowners in friendly, informative conversations while creating a positive first impression • Educate customers on products and services while clearly communicating the company’s value and expertise • Generate interest and collect accurate customer information to schedule appointments or enter homeowners into promotions • Work effectively with minimal supervision while keeping leadership informed of daily performance and challenges • Support additional marketing activities as needed, including follow-up calls to prospective leads.
