Summary of Essential Job Functions • Conceptualize and design campaign materials and individual creative assets that align with business objectives, brand standards, and creative briefs • Independently manage a high volume of projects while maintaining accuracy, attention to detail, and consistently outstanding quality of work • Partner with internal stakeholders to develop effective creative solutions that support brand awareness and marketing efforts • Contribute to team culture by mentoring junior designers and setting the tone for creative excellence, collaboration, and positivity • Present concepts and rationale to team members and stakeholders at all levels • Ensure consistency in tone, style, and brand standards across all projects • Stay current on design trends, tools, and techniques to continuously elevate the brand’s visual presence • Perform other duties as assigned Position Requirements • Full-time on-site attendance required (Las Vegas, NV) • Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field • 8–10 years of professional design experience; in-house or agency experience preferred • Strong portfolio showcasing high-level work across both print and digital mediums • Ability to thrive in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment without compromising quality • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present clear, well-reasoned ideas to stakeholders at all levels, both verbally and in writing • Experience in the financial services industry is a plus, but not required Skills • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, with a high level of proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator • Deep understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and design guidelines • Strong communicator and collaborator with a positive, can-do attitude • Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously • Open to feedback and adaptable to evolving priorities and brand direction • Nice to have: proficiency in Figma, After Effects, or 3D software • Passionate about innovation, visual storytelling, and raising the creative bar Please include your resume with a link to your portfolio.
