Education and / or Experience : • Minimum 7 years of experience in a creative leadership role within an advertising agency or marketing department or any combination of education, training, or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities. • Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Design, Communications, a related field or similar experience is required.
