Portland, ME (hybrid / local preferred) Full-time We’re looking for a Brand & Marketing Manager to help shape how Après shows up in the world — from Instagram and events to sales support and product launches, all through thoughtful brand storytelling. This role owns the voice, vibe, and visual presence of Après. Brand, Content & Photography • Own and evolve the Après brand voice across all channels • Plan and execute social media content (currently Instagram primarily) • Capture photography for social, events, product launches, and everyday brand moments • Help define and maintain the visual aesthetic of Après • Write captions, launch copy, email content, and brand storytelling • Maintain consistency across cans, merch, POS, and digital assets Sales & Partner Collaboration • Work closely with sales to support key accounts and distributors • Maintain and design sales materials and promotional items (both physical and digital), ensure inventory is maintained, and incorporate feedback from sales into new ideas • Collaborate with strategic partners and sponsorships to support shared initiatives, events, and marketing needs • Coordinate with designers, photographers, and freelancers as needed • Translate creative ideas into practical, executable plans
