You’ll own the brand plan from end to end: driving research, guiding innovation and renovation, managing the marketing budget, and monitoring performance so you can quickly optimize when something needs to shift. You’ll collaborate closely with Category Management and Trade Marketing to build compelling sell‑in stories and toolkits, and you’ll lead agency partners in developing high‑impact creative, assets, and shopper activations that feel premium, cohesive, and unmistakably on‑brand across every touchpoint. Cross‑functional partnership is core to your success—working with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Legal, and external vendors to bring initiatives to life smoothly and cost‑effectively.
