This role blends brand strategy, creative storytelling, and data-driven marketing to grow awareness, drive demand, and position Riceland products as a trusted kitchen staple across retail, foodservice, and digital channels. What Success Looks Like • A compelling and consistent Riceland brand story across consumer and customer channels • Marketing campaigns that increase engagement, awareness, and product demand • Successful product launches supported by clear and inspiring messaging • Sales teams equipped with insights and brand tools that strengthen customer relationships • Strong collaboration across teams to bring marketing initiatives to market efficiently At Riceland Foods, marketing is about more than promoting products—it’s about telling the story of the farmers who grow our food. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to: • Shape the voice of one of America’s most trusted rice brands • Work directly with the story of a farmer-owned cooperative • Develop creative food and recipe content that inspires home cooks • Collaborate across marketing, sales, and other cross-functional teams • Influence how consumers experience American-grown rice
