Brand Marketing Associate

The Marketing Associate works in conjunction with the ADO Marketing Manager to grow independent eye care practices in a defined territory.The Marketing Associate’s job involves managing a wide range of marketing processes and projects.This position is responsible for facilitating the creation of marketing collateral, promoting and executing marketing plans, developing brand cohesion for the practices you work with and increasing revenue in all business channels. Work with ADO Marketing Manager to develop detailed marketing plans, schedules and track costs & billing. Effectively leverage and prove value for the ADO Marketing program while solving client challenges and driving growth for their business. BA or BS Degree in Marketing and a minimum of three years of related marketing experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills ensuring all stakeholders are on the same page with respect to project status, deliverables & timelines.
