Brand Marketing Creative Specialist

This position is responsible for developing and executing creative marketing initiatives that strengthen brand awareness, consistency, and engagement across all channels. This role collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to produce compelling content and campaigns that align with company objectives and brand standards. Ensure brand consistency, tone, and visual standards across all internal and external communications Collaborate with marketing, sales, product, and leadership teams to support campaign initiatives Conceptualize and execute creative strategies to increase brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines Maintain brand guidelines and ensure compliance across departments Support product launches, trade shows, and corporate events with branded materials Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to recommend creative improvements Assist in photography, videography, and content creation as needed Track campaign performance and provide creative insights for optimization Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field preferred 3+ years of experience in brand marketing, creative design, or related role Strong portfolio demonstrating creative and branding capabilities Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar design tools Proven experience Graphic Design Experience with social media platforms and content management systems Strong copywriting, layout, and visual storytelling skills Excellent organizational, time management and project management abilities Ability to work independently and collaboratively Strong attention to detail and brand consistency Ability to design a wide range of marketing materials, including catalogs, brochures, product labels, displays, and other print and digital materials.
