We are seeking a creative and strategic Brand & Content Marketing Manager to help shape the voice, personality, and community behind our growing ecommerce brand. We are an established ecommerce company with a large customer base and strong product offering, but we are looking to elevate our brand identity, customer engagement, and overall brand experience. Manage and grow social media presence across key platforms Develop content that encourages engagement and customer interaction Build a stronger sense of community around the brand Monitor trends, customer conversations, and opportunities for brand storytelling Coordinate promotional content, user-generated content, and brand campaigns Work closely with leadership to align marketing initiatives Analyze campaign performance and implement improvements Help identify opportunities to strengthen brand recognition and customer engagement Assist in developing long-term brand and content strategies Understanding of social media content strategy and audience engagement Ability to create organized marketing calendars and campaign schedules Strong communication and project management skills Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
