Leads the execution of impactful marketing brand campaigns to achieve the desired performance for all avenues within the brand marketing team with minimal support/guidanceDevelops brand campaign briefs for responsible products and offerings that inform the organization of what’s new, key features and messages, target customer and key project datesActs as a conduit between marketing channels and creative teamServes as a subject matter resource for the Brand on marketing plans in alignment with the go to market strategies.Develops brand campaign with creative team to create assets to support full funnel marketing needsCollaborates closely with the Product Marketing and Commercial teams to gain an understanding of new and existing brand offerings and sales trends to inform product positioning, asset creation and promotional activityWork in close collaboration with internal and external Harley-Davidson partners to deliver on goals and key initiativesCollaborate with internal cross-functional teams and marketing subject matter experts on program requirements, policies, and procedures related to the campaigns that are executedTrack, measure, and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts executed and implements learnings into future campaign plans Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience Demonstrated experience in project management with a proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently along with collaborating across teams and external partners Self-starter with the ability to work under tight deadlines on a regular basis and flexibility to work in an interactive environment with a high tolerance for ambiguity and change Consumer first mindset with brand marketing experience Creative, analytical, and strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and growth Experience translating brand level campaigns initiatives into retail programs Ability to develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with others and relate well to individuals with a variety of backgrounds. Experience in the motorcycle, automotive, or related wholesale or franchise model industries preferred Your pay may be more or less than the stated range and is dependent on your geographic location and level of experience.
