This person will lead Luma & Leaf in strategizing campaigns, retailer and brand partnerships, and marketing initiatives across all channels. • Continually assess the performance of marketing initiatives across all digital channels to ensure they are delivering against the brands aligned goals. Be constantly looking for new ways to increase brand awareness and community across social channels. • 4+ years of experience in Brand Marketing required, preferably in skincare/beauty industry • Familiarity with the latest trends as it relates to the beauty/skincare industry
