Wilkes, Pandemonium, Optik, Ballard Lane, Smashberry, Barrel Burner, Hand on Heart (non-alcoholic wines), and Reciprocity (organically grown wines) — alongside exclusive private label programs for prominent retailers across the U.S. We are seeking a strategic and driven Brand Manager to lead brand growth with a strong emphasis on trade marketing. The Brand Manager will play a key role in defining and evolving brand architecture, brand DNA, and positioning while crafting compelling brand stories that resonate with both trade partners and consumers. The ideal candidate combines strong business acumen with strategic thinking, and brings a collaborative, innovative mindset. • Lead creative development of POS and merchandising tools • In close association with sales team, lead all merchandising programs, including serving as the primary point of contact with merchandising agencies and undertaking all planning, development and execution of programs • Assist with execution of in-market consumer and customer events • Consumer targeting & understanding • Maintain central retail/on-sale programming and activation calendar • Campaign/program development for key brands • Promotional partner lead; collaboration & program execution Own brand guidelines and standards • Ability to create and manage 360° marketing programs • Develop and refine brand positioning, product strategy, brand tonality, aesthetic and styling • Responsible for maintaining and creating all point-of-sales materials • Final compensation will be based on experience and qualifications.
