You will work closely with our CEO, COO, and Marketing and Product teams to bring the brand to life across campaigns, social channels, and cultural moments.You will also help steward one of our most distinctive brand assets — our mascot — helping it evolve as a recognizable symbol of the new community we are developing, both internally and externally.This role is designed for someone who thrives in brand-building environments, enjoys launching new initiatives, and wants to help turn a promising product into a recognizable brand.Responsibilities Brand Strategy & PositioningDevelop and evolve the brand strategy for the new brandDefine brand positioning and narrative frameworksEnsure brand consistency across marketing, product, and communicationsHelp establish the new brand as a distinct and compelling brand in the marketBrand Identity & GuidelinesManage and maintain brand guidelines across visual, voice, and messaging systemsPartner with design and creative teams to ensure consistent executionOversee brand assets across marketing materials, website, and product experiencesBrand Campaigns & StorytellingDevelop and launch integrated brand campaigns that build awareness and excitementCollaborate with leadership and internal teams to produce brand contentDevelop strategies to strengthen emotional connection with target audiencesEnsure campaigns reinforce long-term brand positioning and audience connectionBrand Visibility, PR & Cultural MarketingWork with internal teams and partners to shape how the new brand shows up in media, culture, and community conversationsCollaborate with PR agencies, creators, and partners to generate earned media, cultural moments, and brand visibilityIdentify opportunities for the new brand to participate in relevant cultural conversations, trends, and communitiesCross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with product, marketing, and leadership teamsSupport product launches and new feature announcements with strong brand narrativesEnsure alignment between brand storytelling and customer experienceBrand PerformanceDefine and monitor brand health metrics (awareness, engagement, perception)Evaluate campaign effectiveness and optimize brand initiatives over timeProvide updates on brand development and impactWhat Success Looks LikeEstablish a clear and recognizable voice for our new brandLaunch memorable brand campaignsEnsure consistent storytelling across all customer touchpointsGrow awareness of the brand across social and cultural channelsDevelop creative partnerships that amplify the brand missionTurn the brand into something people recognize, trust, and…
