Brand Marketing Manager

Health Edge is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Marketing Manager in External Communications and Customer Marketing to join its growing marketing team. This person is responsible for the stewardship of the Health Edge brand and its product architecture and partnering with Customer Success on our Health Edge Customers First initiative to improve customer relationships and drive upsells. There will be close collaboration with Customer Success and Internal Communications on multiple projects as we continuously seek to align internal and external customer messaging for optimal impact and a Customer First company brand presence. Proven experience (5+ years) in brand management, public relations, marketing, and customer experience management Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders, media partners, and customers
