Position Overview The Brand Marketing Specialist will focus on executing marketing initiatives at the market level while collaborating with the platform marketing team on strategy, digital performance, and growth initiatives. Regional Brand Execution • Ensure consistent Crawl Space Ninja brand standards and messaging across assigned markets • Coordinate local events, sponsorships, and community partnerships • Support local collateral, signage, and showroom materials as needed • Assist with implementing brand campaigns and seasonal promotions at the market level • Coordinate budget tracking and marketing expense reporting KPI Monitoring and Performance Support • Monitor key marketing metrics including: • Lead volume • Cost per lead • Appointment set rate • Close rate • Revenue contribution • Participate in regular performance reviews with local leadership and the platform marketing team • Help identify performance gaps and support corrective marketing actions Qualifications • 3–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in home services, construction, or multi-location businesses • Experience supporting multi-channel marketing campaigns • Comfortable coordinating with vendors, agencies, and internal teams • Strong understanding of marketing performance metrics and lead generation • Comfortable working with budgets and marketing performance reporting • Strong communication and organizational skills • Ability to work independently while collaborating within a broader marketing platform
