The Job
As a Brand Marketing Specialist, you will support the Marketing Director and Marketing Managers in executing impactful marketing campaigns across Luxor, New York-New York, and Excalibur. In this role, you’ll help bring each property’s brand to life by driving guest engagement, supporting promotions and events, and creating memorable experiences that connect guests to the energy of the Las Vegas Strip.
THE STARTING RATE: $23.00
The Day-to-day
Provide channel management with the necessary information to run campaigns effectively and ensure everything meets quality standardsAnalyze campaign performance and recommend strategic changes to improve marketing effortsResearch marketing trends and find ways to apply them to MGM Resorts International’s business practicesTrack internal benchmarks to stay aligned with marketing trends and delivery standards
The Ideal Candidate
Six (6) months of prior relevant Marketing experienceFamiliar with Adobe, Microsoft Suite and Project Management tools preferredMust be able to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidaysMust be 21 years of age or older
