We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Promotions Assistant to support the planning, coordination, and execution of promotional campaigns, events, and brand activations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is eager to gain hands-on experience in marketing, events, and media. Key Responsibilities • Assist in developing and executing promotional campaigns across digital, social, and in-person channels • Coordinate logistics for promotional events, including booking venues, ordering materials, and staffing • Track promotional inventory and ensure timely delivery of marketing collateral • Support onsite event activation including setup, breakdown, and audience engagement • Maintain promotional calendars and assist with internal communications around campaign timelines • Monitor campaign performance and assist in compiling reports and recaps • Liaise with vendors, sponsors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution • Stay current on industry trends, competitor campaigns, and new promotional tactics • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines • Comfort working in dynamic, event-based environments • Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media platforms (experience with Canva, Adobe Suite, or CRM tools is a plus) • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred Skills: logistics management,event coordination,canva,microsoft office,audience engagement,social media platforms,organization,campaigns,digital marketing,marketing,promotional,events,inventory tracking,logistics coordination,social media,communication,time management,activations,organizational skills,campaign performance monitoring,crm tools,event planning,promotions,promotional campaigns,communications,adobe suite
