Brand Reputation Specialist

As a Brand Reputation Specialist, you will support the planning, execution, and management of advertising, promotional, sponsorship, and branding initiatives that strengthen brand awareness and customer engagement. Assist with the development and execution of advertising, promotional, and sponsorship campaigns Support local marketing initiatives, sports marketing activations, contests, sweepstakes, and event promotions Collaborate with external agencies on creative advertising development, media planning, and promotional activities Partner with internal teams to ensure all marketing materials align with company brand standards Support brand identity initiatives by assisting with communication audits, competitor research, and brand effectiveness reporting Prepare progress reports and maintain project information within internal databases Analyze and summarize marketing data and provide updates to management Coordinate project timelines to ensure campaigns are completed on schedule and within budget Lead smaller marketing projects or support larger cross-functional initiatives Perform additional marketing and administrative duties as assigned Typically 4+ years of experience in marketing, advertising, media, promotions, or a related field Previous advertising or promotions agency experience is preferred Strong understanding of marketing, advertising, media, and promotional concepts Creative thinking with the ability to balance strategic and tactical priorities Excellent project management, organizational, and multitasking skills Strong written and verbal communication abilities Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams and external partners Due to the fiduciary responsibilities associated with this role, a valid credit check and/or background check will be required as part of the selection process.
