As the Brand Strategist for our client relationships, you will manage the strategy, the team, and the output for our strategic and enterprise client relationships The AD Leaf is based in the Space Coast and is one of the premier marketing agencies for sharing online content. The brand strategist must have strong creative and professional writing skills, advanced social media knowledge, SEO, PPC, digital graphic design skills and will work with the team to brainstorm and create social initiatives to grow the assigned communities. • Ability to mono-task in a multitasking environment • Create content strategies, calendars and daily content for multiple social media platforms across different industry verticals • Build social media, graphics, email, web, and other creative imagery for the client's brand • Measure and optimize content based on analytics • Develop digital medium program initiatives to improve clients' marketing and branding footprint • Communicate with the team on a daily basis to maintain awareness of updates and offerings • Find and implement new digital medium strategies, tools, and tactics as they develop • Become fully immersed in the clients' brand and culture Candidate Objectives & Job Specifications/Qualifications: • Bachelor's Degree (marketing or related field preferred but we will consider a candidate with commensurate experience) • Experience in a marketing role or internship preferred • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills • Exceptional sense of creativity • Strong familiarity with the business applications of social media platforms, including; Facebook, X, YouTube, Pinterest, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more • Experience with Photoshop, Front End Web Development, SEO, PPC, Email Marketing platforms, copywriting, and other graphic design programs is preferred • Ability to ask questions and learn new skills quickly on the job; be a self-starter • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects • Motivation to take responsibility and ensure successful outcomes across activities; be a driven team player • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel) and Google Workspace • Basic HTML and video production skills are a plus • External and internal applicants, as well as position incumbents who become disabled as defined under the Americans with Disabilities Act, must be able to perform the essential job functions (as listed) either unaided or with the assistance of a reasonable accommodation to be determined by management on a case by case basis.
