Amazon Web Services (AWS), a subsidiary of Amazon.com and a leader in cloud computing, is seeking a Brand Analyst with a passion for using data to drive bar-raising brand insights. This is a role that will challenge you in all the best ways as you inspire and inform the brand vision, and raise the quality and consistency of all marketing work for AWS. Key job responsibilities • Conduct, analyze, and synthesis customer and market research to inform brand and marketing outputs • Identify novel customer insights and brand opportunities to drive consistent, high-bar creative which positively shift perceptions and grows our business • Contribute to the development of foundational brand guidance including positioning, architecture and portfolio strategy, naming, and brand identity • Collaborate with design and marketing partners to define the brand experience across the customer experience including visual expression, voice and tone, messaging, channel, and format • Provide inputs to campaign strategies and creative briefs that articulate insights that will inspire creative teams, and provide measureable creative and content strategies • Build out brand training materials for marketing stakeholders and peers • Participate in open and productive strategic debates that result in the best possible outcomes for customers • Manage multiple priorities and make things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic, culture.
