Brand Strategy Director

Location: Temp Atlanta /prefer relocation to Dallas, TX Type: Full-Time What You'll Do Lead brand strategy and help drive growth across client accounts, including brand, business, and scope objectivesOwn and guide the brand development process from research and insights through strategic recommendationsLead and mentor a team of strategists across consumer research, POV development, creative strategy, and brand buildingPartner closely with brand leadership, creative, media, analytics, and subject matter experts to develop and execute integrated strategiesDevelop compelling strategic narratives and present recommendations to clients and internal stakeholdersContribute to new business efforts, including strategy development and presentationsHelp shape thought leadership, insights, and strategic perspectives within the brand strategy disciplineMentor and develop team members through ongoing coaching, training, and feedback 7+ years of experience in an advertising agency environment focused on brand strategy, brand planning, or account planningStrong experience with multicultural advertising and a demonstrated understanding of Hispanic consumers and cultureFluency in English and SpanishA strategic thinker who is comfortable challenging conventional thinking and bringing a thoughtful point of viewCuriosity and a genuine interest in understanding different cultures, perspectives, experiences, and communitiesA proven track record of developing insightful, effective brand strategiesExcellent presentation and storytelling skillsStrong knowledge of primary research methodologies, including focus group moderationAbility to analyze data and translate research and analytics into clear strategic insightsStrong project management skills with the ability to prioritize across multiple clients and initiativesExceptional attention to detail and accuracyProfessional, confident communication skills with both internal teams and clientsSelf-motivated and collaborative, with the ability to contribute effectively within an integrated agency environmentResourceful problem solver who can navigate challenges and find practical solutions
