About the Position:
This position is in person, based out of Vancouver 98684
As a Branding and Sales Marketing Representative, you will utilize excellent communication skills, customer engagement, and branding campaigns to inform our customers of our services and lead in customer satisfaction and sales. You will work closely with our team to develop the sales and marketing skills that will help you build new client relationships, process new enrollments, and assist with service setup for new/repeating customers that drive brand loyalty in our retail stores.
Key Responsibilities:
Branding: Build an in-depth understanding of our products, services, and promotions to comprehensively market our brand in a way that will entice customers and drive sales.
Marketing: Inform customers of any promotions or services they could benefit from with our products, working with them to see if our offers are a good fir for them.
Customer Service: Communicate professionally with customers, assisting with any interests in our products/promotions and ensuring they are having a positive experience in our stores.
Drive Sales: Utilize sales strategies when working with interested customers on their accounts and generate service packages that meet their needs.
Relationship-Building: Build and maintain relationships with our customers to create positive experiences and ensure their satisfaction with our services.
Qualifications:
Customer Service Experience (3+ months)
Interest in Marketing/Branding/Sales
Excellent communication skills.
A positive attitude with a will to learn and grow with our company!
Able to prioritize time-management tasks.
Solutions-oriented with a passion for helping others.
Must Have Drivers License/Reliable Transportation.
Reliable team player that can excel in fast-paced environments.
Sales experience or related courses are a plus, but not required.
Benefits:
Base guaranteed hourly rate ranging from $17.50-$23/ hour, paid weekly!
