The California State Lottery is looking to fill the exciting role of a Brand/Integrated Marketing Analyst! In fiscal year 2023-24, the California Lottery provided over $2 billion in supplemental funding for California public schools, bringing the total contributions to more than $46 billion since we began in 1985. Travel expense to and from the assigned headquarters are the responsibility of the employee. Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a specialization in marketing, communications, or related field.At least one year of Marketing Analyst I experience or two years of experience performing marketing duties involving planning, development, and evaluation of short-term marketing projects in marketing and advertising at client/brand or agency.Working knowledge of advertising, media, graphic design, copywriting aesthetics and consumer/trade promotions, or related areas. Ability to work independently; evaluate program issues, draw sound conclusions, and develop practical action plans.Customer-centric marketing mindset, with an ability to maintain marketing calendars, draft marketing updates/reports and provide input on strategic marketing assets.Self-motivated, curious, and passionate about marketing, knowledge of current and emerging marketing and advertising strategies and tactics with a passion for learning and innovation.Experience managing and tracking budgets.Experience with Microsoft programs including: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Bilingual skills are highly desirable, but not required.
