Internal Brand, Marketing, and Social Media Coordinator to be the voice of our brand online and in store. Must be able to manage content creation, social media strategy, team communications, and community engagement that reflect our mission of Good Food Good Mood. Internal communication & Engagement • Build internal programs to inspire staff and reinforce our good food good mood mission • Coordinate monthly newsletter • Develop educational content around the brand’s mission and tenets • Collaborate with the culinary team to feature new dishes with nutritional storytelling on how they support mental health • Manage internal documents, assets, photos, etc. • 2-3 years of media and content marketing experience (restaurant and wellness industry required) • Previous experience working in Hospitality highly preferred (training will be provided working with our teams to learn our culture, verbiage, and the nature of the industry) • Strong writing, storytelling, and editing skills • Proficient with Canva/Adobe Illustrator or other digital editing tools, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and other social media outlets, and basic photo/video editing tools • Self-starter with strong organizational skills and a collaborative mindset • Monthly Health Insurance Stipend reimbursement • Hybrid schedule with both weekly on-premise visits and work from home opportunities • Meal/Beverage plans for both working and dining, entertaining, etc.
