Job responsibilities include: • Proactively use numbers, trends and research to develop actionable insights around the business and the local consumers • Present the story of the overall business, including the digital business, business environment and trends on a regular basis to franchisees and McDonald’s employees... • Collaborate with the account team to set up the overall strategic framework and projections for all tactical recommendations, including for the McDonald’s app locally • Develop and nurture relationships with business insights partners and clients • Complete business reviews and projects for specific segments within the business • Continuously innovate with data visualization and business evaluation Qualifications: • 3-5 years of relatable experience • Candidate should be a curious self-starter who is never satisfied with the status quo • Strong communicator • Advanced presentation skills • Fast learner • Proficient in Google, Microsoft (including Excel & Microstrategy) and Tableau • Statistics, Finance or Marketing major preferred • BA/BS required; MBA a plus
