· Work with the company management team to launch and promote a successful equity crowdfunding campaign · Work with the CEO and SVP, Corporate Development to further develop our website · Some experience with Equity Financing · Experience with Reg A, Reg CF, and/or 506(c) funding · This position is part time (as many hours as intern is available every week)
