The Business Developer Manager’s position is to develop our deconstruction project donor base and schedule our project pipeline. Business Developer Manager duties will include securing project pledges, building relationships with project partners, and communication with donors. Ability to communicate constructive feedback to organizational challenges and work towards solutions Partner with donors to understand their business needs and objectives Project phases completed in a timely manner
