The Spectrum Reach Business Development Manager leads a team of Business Development Reps who sell geo-targeted video advertising and digital search campaigns to small-to-medium size businesses within a specified territory. This team drives high volume client contact including prospecting, presentation and close focused 100% on new client acquisition. • Consistently drive sales team to meet or exceed weekly and monthly activity goals including per day customer contact goals, per week customer in person presentations, and per month new business account closes. • Experience with Salesforce. • Proven sales history of meeting or exceeding targets preferred • Ability to communicate orally and in writing in clear and straightforward manner • Ability to maintain confidentiality • Ability to prioritize and organize effectively • Ability to multitask within required deadlines efficiently and effectively.
