Your responsibilities will focus mainly on building relationships with sellers to secure advertising opportunities. What you will do: \\- New and existing Business Development \\- Develop meaningful relationships with customers to encourage trust and loyalty \\- Contact & follow up on cold and warm leads to further the sales process \\- Understand and demonstrate our platform to the customer \\- Meet and exceed goals and objectives set by leadership \\- Constantly improve your sales skills to increase success rates Minimum requirements: \\- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written. You will be on the phone and emailing prospective customers for the majority of your day \\- Naturally outgoing and positive attitude \\- Ability to multi-task and work independently while paying attention to detail \\- Proven computer/technology aptitude and proficiency \\- Self-motivated \\- Goal oriented \\- High School diploma or equivalent These qualifications and attributes will give you a leg up (but are not required): \\- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related \\- 2+ years of B-to-B customer service or inside sales \\- A working knowledge of commercial transportation equipment What we offer: \\- Salary + Uncapped Commission \\- Full Health Benefits Package \\- 401(k) with Company Match \\- Paid Vacations and Holidays \\- Opportunities for Growth Some travel may be required, to customer locations as well as attending trade shows remotely.
